Job summary

Grahamjobs in Burlington, NC is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Order Fulfillment Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Sun-Thu; Sun, Mon, Wed & Thu 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Tue 3:00 PM–1:00 AM). You will oversee the order fulfillment team in a fast-paced distribution center and drive productivity, accuracy, and safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, interviewing and coaching, approving payroll and PTO, coordinating outbound shipments, monitoring KPIs in the warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in foodservice distribution or warehouse preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse/distribution environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct second-shift order fulfillment employees.
• Drive productivity, accuracy, and performance goals.
• Conduct shift meetings and team huddles.
• Interview, hire, coach, and manage second-shift staff.
• Review payroll, PTO, and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to improve warehouse processes.
• Monitor productivity standards using the warehouse management system.
• Oversee nightly outbound shipments and picking accuracy.
• Address product damage and vendor compliance issues.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct routine safety meetings and equipment checks.
• Assist with movement of products using hand trucks and equipment.
