Job summary

Backcountry is seeking a Fulfillment Center Retail Supervisor to oversee daily fulfillment center operations in Christiansburg, VA. You will coach associates on the floor for 90% of the time, direct workflow, and ensure timely, accurate processing to meet production schedules.

You’ll use MS Excel and a Warehouse Management System, collaborate in LEAN initiatives, and report to the Team Operations Manager in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prefer high school diploma or equivalency.
• 3 months experience in fulfillment center.
• Verbal and written comprehension of English language.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the fulfillment center.
• Direct employees to maintain workflow and production schedules.
• Spend 90% of time coaching on the floor with employees.
• Maintain documentation and reports (Excel, WMS).
• Coordinate with supervisor and participate in LEAN initiatives.
