Job summary

Bell Textron Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Front-Line Leader for the Rotors Service Center on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–12:00 AM) with mandatory weekend OT.

You will oversee up to 25 union-covered employees, directing daily manufacturing activities to maximize throughput and profitability while driving safety, quality, and cost management. The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), 2+ years in manufacturing, and 3+ years leading teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• 3+ years of professional leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and data-driven with a sense of urgency.
• Lean/Six Sigma training/experience desired.
• GD&T knowledge preferred.
• Machining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily assignment and direction to direct reports.
• Discipline employees when necessary.
• Manage in accordance with the local production union Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Use TAKT, earned hours, efficiency, schedule, overhead, and overtime metrics to drive accountability.
• Lead process improvements and evaluate business impact.
• Collaborate with multiple functions (Supply Chain, Process Engineering, QA, etc.).
