Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, is seeking a dependable Production Associate to support loading, transporting and staging materials on the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) in Conover, NC.

You will perform daily equipment checks, ensure quality, maintain housekeeping, follow safety procedures, and complete paperwork with accuracy. High school or GED required; strong mechanical aptitude and punctuality essential.

Mansioni

• Loads and transports material to and from designated areas in the facility.

• Checks loads are secure and performs daily equipment checks (battery, lubrication).
• Removes waste and maintains equipment as assigned.
• Inspects products for conformance to quality standards.
• Completes paperwork accurately and maintains a clean work area.
• Adheres to all safety procedures and policies.
