Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Production Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift (4:00pm - 2:30am) in Wisconsin. The role focuses on safe material transport, machine setup, and inventory accuracy within a manufacturing environment.

You will participate in health, safety and environmental programs and support continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Basic Math, Language, reading, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle equipment in a safe and sensible manner.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate mobile equipment in a safe manner.
• Perform piece counts, labeling, and visual quality of finished goods.
• Move production supplies from the warehouse and load in specified designated areas.
• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.).
• Control and adjust machine settings; identify damages and report shortages.
• Test the operation of machines periodically and fix issues during shift.
• Complete Production/Activity Logs; track work in process to/from production areas.
• Maintain the 5S posture of the assigned area.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies and PPE protocols.
