Job summary

Profile Products Llc in Conover, NC is seeking a 2nd Shift Mat Line Operator to safely package rolled material, palletize, and support bagging operations on a rotating shift. Duties include inspecting packaging, operating a bagger, and forklift use (training provided).

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, English literacy (Spanish helpful), and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds; forklift certification will be pursued after hire.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagger safely and efficiently.
• Remove out-of-spec bags and hand stack for reprocessing.
• Cut open rejected bales for reprocessing.
• Remove rolled product from the line and place in box for palletizing, and build boxes for packaging.
• Light preventive maintenance on equipment and operate forklift to load and store bags.
• Perform additional duties as required.
