Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt company, seeks a production associate for the Sunday–Thursday 3pm–11pm shift to support material handling and quality control on the production floor.

You will move materials, check loads, and participate in safety-driven housekeeping while maintaining accurate daily paperwork. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a strong emphasis on attendance and quality work. Training is provided, and the employer supports equal opportunity hiring.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform essential duties.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Adheres to safety procedures and uses equipment properly.

• Obtains production schedule and transports material to/from designated areas.
• Moves goods on pallets/crates within facility; stacks goods per inventory control.
• Ensures loads are secure and performs daily equipment checks.
• Keeps area clean and maintains housekeeping standards on the production floor.
• Completes paperwork accurately and follows procedures.
