Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, is seeking a Production Worker to support material handling, loading and unloading, and quality checks in our North Carolina facility. The role operates Sunday–Thursday, 2nd shift, 3pm–11pm, with safety and quality as top priorities.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, solid mechanical aptitude, and reliable attendance. You will follow written and verbal instructions and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain copies of production schedule and transport material to and from designated areas.
• Move goods on pallets or in crates around storage/production areas.
• Stack goods in correct areas following inventory control instructions.
• Check loads are secure.
• Perform daily equipment checks such as recharging truck batteries and lubricating equipment.
• Remove machine attachments and waste material from machines.
• Inspect products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Complete all necessary paperwork with accuracy.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping in production area.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
