RRD is seeking a forklift operator for the 2nd shift in Wisconsin to move finished product, supply materials, and stage items for shipping. The role emphasizes safety and efficiency in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities include hoist inspections, battery and fuel tasks as needed, and strict adherence to safety procedures. Eligible candidates should be able to work 2:00 PM–10:00 PM with attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must know forklift dimensions and load capacity.
• Ability to maneuver forklift through tight spaces safely.
• Knowledge of warehouse storage layouts and item placement.
• Experience moving and stacking loads with precision.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklift to move finished product for shipping.
• Supplies manufacturing with materials as needed.
• Stages products for movement or shipping.
• Packs inventory with correct type, amount, and location.
• Transports and processes paper by-products.
• Performs routine hoist inspections and reports maintenance.
• May perform battery service duties and lubricate moving parts.
• May handle LP/Propane changes.
• Adheres to safety policies including hazardous waste handling.
