Warehouse-Specialists, LLC is hiring for a non-rotating 2nd shift Forklift Operator in Neenah, WI, 2:00pm–10:00pm, Monday through Friday. This full-time, benefitted role reports to the facility manager and may occasionally include weekends, holidays, and overtime.

You will safely inspect, unload, and store inbound goods, use RF scanners to manage inventory, and pick orders for loading onto trailers. The company offers competitive wages with increases at 6, 12 and 18 months, shift differential,

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to report to shift and travel between facilities.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills to ensure accurate counts and paperwork.
• Ability to operate RF scanners to manage inventory.
• Desire to learn about the product handled and work with minimal supervision.
• Team player with ability to follow instructions and communicate professionally.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Safely inspect, unload, and put away product from inbound trailers via lift truck.
• Operate a lift truck to pick orders and load onto trailers, containers, and railcars.
• Utilize all material handling technology to maximize efficiency and maintain inventory.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and SOPs adhered to.
