Job summary

WSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC) seeks a 3rd shift Lift Truck Operator to support our Stevens Point, WI facility. You will inspect, unload, and store inbound materials, operate RF scanners, and help keep inventory accurate while following safety SOPs.

This full-time role offers competitive wages, benefits, and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team. Weekend/weekend overlap may be required to meet customer needs, with Fridays and Saturdays typically off.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to report to scheduled shift and travel between facilities.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills to ensure accurate counts and paperwork.
• Ability to operate RF scanners to manage inventory.
• Willingness to learn about the product handled.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Safely inspect, unload, and put away product from inbound trailers and railcars using a lift truck.
• Operate a lift truck to pick orders and load product onto trailers and railcars.
• Utilize material handling technology to maximize efficiency and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow safety SOPs and position standard operating procedures.
