Job summary

ID Logistics in Wisconsin is hiring for a warehouse associate to operate powered industrial equipment on a Monday–Friday 2nd shift. The role involves loading/unloading, stocking, staging, and preparing products for shipment, while maintaining strict inventory accuracy and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance, maintaining records, and upholding GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3+ years of related experience or training.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (OSHA, company).
• Must be able to wear PPE per safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using powered equipment; keep area neat and orderly.
• Inspect equipment daily and operate safely per OSHA standards.
• Unload inbound shipments and store products in correct locations.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment; ensure exact counts and types loaded.
• Move products from staging to rail cars, trailers, or containers.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged; report variances.
• Maintain records for inventory control and assist in physical inventories.
• Follow customer requirements for load count and product stability; load/unload safely.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Transportation, and Maintenance as needed.
• Practice good housekeeping; follow safety and GMP guidelines; report unsafe conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
