Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is hiring a Warehouse Operator II to move, organize, and track materials in our facility. You will operate forklifts, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain inventory accuracy, with duties drawn from the Warehouse Operator I role as needed.

The role involves a 2nd shift, Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, with a 1.50 per hour shift differential. Onboarding is a structured 4–5 day program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Proven experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and update inventory systems.
• Organize and label warehouse storage areas.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
