Challenge Manufacturing in Walker, MI is seeking a forklift/material handler for the 2nd shift (2PM–10PM) to support on-time delivery and maintain accurate inventory. The role involves operating a forklift, moving, stacking, weighing, and transporting materials within the plant while following strict safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow safety procedures and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Move, stack, and transport materials to designated areas.
• Inspect and report any material discrepancies or safety concerns.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and cycle counts as needed.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies at all times.
