Challenge Manufacturing is hiring for a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator/Material Handler in Walker, MI. You will operate a forklift to move materials, load/unload goods, and support inventory accuracy on a 2PM–10:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday.

Applicant must be 18+, able to read and follow instructions, and have basic material handling experience. High school diploma or GED required. Weekend shifts may be required to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English to perform duties.

Responsabilités

• Operate forklift safely to move materials and pallets.
• Load, unload, and move materials within the plant.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with material flow.

Connaissances

Stand 8-10 hours

Reading/Writing English

One month experience or training

Forklift operation experience

Teamwork and reliability
