Job summary

RRD's De Pere facility is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join our fast-paced production team. You will load, unload, and move materials to support printing presses and finishing equipment, ensuring timely delivery of raw paper stock and finished mail pieces.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years forklift operation experience.
• Forklift certification not required; training provided.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail in matching material codes to client specs.
• Comfort with inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming shipments; move mail trays/pallets onto trucks.
• Stage materials at printing presses to prevent production downtime.
• Verify documents and enter shipments into PWMS; label goods.
• Set up blades and adjust equipment per job ticket specs.
• Monitor slitting process and measure finished pieces against specs.
• Perform daily pre-operational inspections; keep areas clean and safe.
