ISC Manufacturing LLC in Burleson, TX is seeking a 2nd Shift Working Foreman to oversee daily fabrication operations. You will supervise the crew, coordinate workflow, and ensure projects meet deadlines while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will fit or weld parts, read blueprints, mentor staff, and communicate with management and clients. This hybrid role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Preferebly be able to fit/weld and pass D1.1 weld test

• Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise in a timely manner.
• Train and mentor new employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of work assignments.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality standards.
