Job summary

Kinsley Steel, Inc. seeks a skilled 2nd Shift Shop Foreman to direct the daily performance of the fabrication and production activities.

You will provide hands-on leadership to shop personnel, ensuring safety, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery, while coordinating with other facilities and departments. The Foreman acts as the primary contact for shift operations, collaborating cross-functionally to meet production schedules and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Detailed knowledge of industry and practices.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct shop personnel on second shift.
• Enforce company policies and safety standards.
• Oversee fabrication shop activities, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain and update production and fabrication schedules.
• Coordinate deliveries and establish standard fabrication procedures.
• Ensure quality control and timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
• Communicate with other departments to align project timelines and status.
