100Hires, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Working Foreman in Burleson, TX to supervise a crew and ensure high-quality metal fabrication work. The role requires leadership, effective communication, and strong safety adherence to meet project timelines.

The ideal candidate has foreman experience, blueprint literacy, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A D1.1 weld test is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Preferebly be able to fit/weld and pass D1.1 weld test
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the crew to ensure efficient workflow.
• Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise in a timely manner.
• Train and mentor new employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of work assignments.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality standards.
