Arcosa Shoring Products in Houston, TX is seeking a foreman for the 2nd shift to oversee and schedule daily crew tasks. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely production while coordinating with the Plant Manager.

The role requires welding knowledge, blueprint reading, and supervisory experience in a manufacturing/shoring environment. Competitive compensation and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ supervisory/foreman experience in shoring.
• Knowledge of welding processes and safety practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Capable of high-stress, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a CNC work area with lathes and mills.
• Schedule and delegate daily tasks to crew.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and standards.
• Review project activities and equipment daily for quality.
• Train new crew members and provide ongoing education.
• Direct layout on complex subassemblies and welds.
• Inspect finished work for conformance to specs.
