Qualifications

• Combination of 2-4 years of education, training and/or work experience related to business management, food production, manufacturing processes or related field.
• Availability to work OT/weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly personnel in food product processing and packaging.
• Ensure safety training and enforce safety rules.
• Oversee production lines and ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Monitor inventory, labor costs, and overtime.
• Foster effective communications and teamwork.
• Report start-up duties and complete necessary reports.
• Maintain relationships with bargaining unit employees.
• Promote continuous improvement and productivity.
