Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of education, training, or work experience in business management, food production, or manufacturing.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends.
• Work authorization to be legally employed in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety through training and enforcement of safety rules.
• Maintain good relations with bargaining unit employees.
• Drive departmental efficiencies and maximize productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and yields.
• Ensure effective communications.
• Control labor costs, staffing and overtime.
