Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Food Production Worker for the 2nd shift (5pm-3am) and (8pm-6am) to support daily manufacturing in a food production environment. You will assist with preparation, movement, and handling of products, operate equipment, and help maintain quality and sanitation standards.

This role requires flexibility, safety focus, and willingness to support various areas as needed. Training is provided, and candidates must pass background checks.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules.
• Must pass background check and rapid drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production, handling, and movement of products within the facility.
• Operate production equipment and machinery as assigned.
• Inspect products and materials to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Load and unload racks, containers, and materials.
• Move products in and out of coolers, freezers, and storage areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Follow all safety, food quality, and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Important: This position includes cleaning and sanitation tasks as part of regular job responsibilities.
