Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Food Production Worker for the 2nd Shift (5pm-3am) and (8pm-6am) at our Humble, TX facility. You will support daily manufacturing operations, assist with production and sanitation tasks, and help maintain quality and safety standards.

No prior experience required; training provided. This role demands reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work in cold environments and around allergen ingredients such as chocolate, wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production, handling, and movement of products.
• Operate production equipment and machinery as assigned.
• Inspect products for quality and compliance.
• Load and unload racks, containers, materials.
• Move products in/out of coolers and storage areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety, food quality, and company policies.
• Perform sanitation tasks and cleaning duties.
• Overtime and weekend coverage as needed.
