Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Manager for a food manufacturer in Melrose Park, IL. You will lead about 20 production staff, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production while managing staffing and shift operations.

This role requires English/Spanish bilingual communication, plus strong GMP, HACCP, and sanitation knowledge to maintain high standards across the line.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish required.
• Experience leading food manufacturing operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage approximately 20 production employees.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedule, quality, and output requirements.
• Ensure GMPs, food safety, sanitation, quality, and safety procedures are followed on the shift.
• Train employees on SOPs, production standards, safety and operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to reduce downtime and waste and improve shift performance.
