Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a 2nd shift operator to run production machinery and ensure continuous flow of product. You will set up and break down equipment, monitor and adjust settings, and report maintenance needs to your supervisor. Safety and Tyson policies must be followed at all times.

Applicants must have at least 3 months of machine-operator experience, be prepared for the 180-day wait rule since last termination, and comply with the 3X rule. Relocation assistance is not offered.

Qualifications

• 3-Month operator experience listed on the application (can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 3 months)
• 180 days wait period from last termination date
• 3X rule (candidates cannot have worked for Tyson 3X before)

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to ensure continuous flow of product
• Set up and/or break down machine
• Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed
• Notify supervisor if machines require maintenance
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures
