Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 months of machine operator experience within the last 6 months.
• Ability to read and write and complete necessary paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production equipment is set up per schedule (labels, batter, stuffing, etc.).
• Oversee machine operations and perform minor adjustments.
• Perform metal detections and USDA inspections; complete required paperwork.
• May conduct basic maintenance or contact Maintenance Mechanic as needed.
• Coordinate with Line Leads on equipment setup and operation.
• Assist with changeovers and machine adjustments during production.
• Maintain product standards on the production line.
• Mentor and train lower-level team members.
