Qualifications

• 1+ year of dedicated industrial mechanical maintenance experience in a fast-paced production setting.
• Fabrication and welding fundamentals to repair machinery and brackets.
• Regulated food processing environment experience and GMP compliance.
• Proven tenure and reliability with good attendance and teamwork.
• Residence within a daily 45-minute drive of Greater Madison, WI.
• Must be United States Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card).

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-speed processing lines and perform troubleshooting and emergency repairs.
• Service conveyors and drive assemblies, troubleshoot, rebuild, and optimize systems.
• Diagnose and service hydraulic and pneumatic fluid power systems safely.
• Perform structural welding and fabrications to modify machinery and guards.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and GMP compliance across the work areas.
