Job summary

Tandem Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead all production operations on the 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm) at the Bloomington, California facility. You will drive Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Employee Engagement while overseeing production from mixing through packaging.

You will build and develop high-performing teams, coordinate with QA, Maintenance and HR, enforce GMP and食品安全 standards, monitor equipment, and lead continuous improvements to increase line efficiency and reduce

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, English required.
• Proven leadership with ability to train and coach teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities from mixing through packaging while ensuring formulas, specs and quality standards.
• Build, lead and develop high-performing teams across production lines.
• Provide direction to Supervisors, Leads and Schedulers on staffing, safety, and performance.
• Establish and audit standard work using appropriate tools and resources.
• Coordinate with QA, Sanitation, Safety, and Maintenance to support compliance.
• Own production scheduling awareness and mitigate risks related to changeovers and staffing.
• Maintain accurate production records and lead shift-to-shift communication.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase line efficiency and reduce waste.
