Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Experienced Folder Gluer Operator for our high-speed packaging production line in Kenosha, Wisconsin. You will set up and operate folder-gluer equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements include 2+ years in folder-gluer or related machine operation, ability to read measuring tools and meet tight tolerances, and willingness to work 2nd shift with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of folder-gluer or related machine operation experience.
• Experience with quality inspections, production reporting and documentation.
• Ability to read measuring tools and work with tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up folder-gluer equipment to produce cartons per customer specs.
• Troubleshoot setup, feeder, glue, and folding issues to maximize uptime.
• Monitor quality, complete production documentation, and ensure SOP compliance.
• Meet setup times, run speeds, and delivery schedules while working safely.
