Job summary

LeoForce is hiring a Folder Gluer Operator to support high-volume packaging production on the 2nd shift in Wisconsin. You will set up and operate folder-gluer equipment to meet customer specs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of folder-gluer or related experience, can read measuring tools, perform quality inspections, and lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime and additional shifts may be required. Join a team committed to safety and efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality inspections and production documentation.
• Ability to read measuring tools and work with tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

Folder Gluer Operator – Packaging

Experience: Mid Level

Salary: $25 - $28 per hour

Job Description

We are hiring for an Experienced Folder Gluer Operator with expertise in machine setup, troubleshooting, quality inspections, and high-volume packaging production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Hours: 2nd shift

Days: Monday-Friday

Operate and set up folder-gluer equipment to produce high-quality folding cartons and packaging products according to customer specifications.

• Troubleshoot machine setup, feeder, glue, and folding issues to maximize uptime, efficiency, and production output.
• Monitor quality standards, complete production documentation, perform inspections, and ensure compliance with work instructions and SOPs.
• Maintain production goals by meeting setup times, run speeds, and delivery schedules while working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of folder-gluer, bindery, packaging, printing, or related machine operation experience
• Experience with quality inspections, production reporting, and manufacturing documentation
• Ability to read measuring tools and work with tight tolerances
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Flexible to work overtime and additional shifts as needed
