Qualifications

• Read a ruler (standard and metric) and understand PDF drawings.
• Basic math and measurement skills used daily.
• Fine motor skills and steady hands for precise machine adjustments.
• Strong attendance record is essential.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions without constant guidance.
• Team player with reliable communication.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 quality standards is a plus.
• HS diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate folder gluer machines (DGM and Diana) per job specs, with clean setups and minimal waste.
• Read and follow production tickets from start to finish.
• Fold and glue product to exact customer specifications on every run.
• Pack product by count and check for quality defects before shipping.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep machines running.
• Complete job tickets and recap forms accurately.
