Quad Packaging is seeking Folder/Gluer Operators for our Franklin, WI location on the second shift. This role involves setting up and operating folding and gluing equipment to produce folded cartons and blister cards with high efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with major folder/gluer equipment (Bobst/ Domino/ Mistral).
• Ability to perform arithmetic operations for production tasks.
• English literacy to interpret instructions and production sheets.
• Strong communication to report problems to leads/managers.
• Familiar with production processes and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate folding/gluing machines to meet customer orders.
• Activate and monitor production, adjust machine speed for output.
• Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled.
