Quality Packaging Inc. in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Folder Gluer Operator for 1st shift. You will set up and operate folder gluer machines (DGM and Diana), read production tickets, and glue products to exact specifications, with attention to waste and quality.

Qualifications

• Basic/entry-level operator experience; starting at $20–$23/hr.
• Experienced operator with setup & running multiple jobs; up to $24–$28/hr.
• Ability to read a ruler (standard and metric) and understand PDF drawings.
• Basic math skills; you'll use them daily.
• Fine motor skills and steady hands for precise machine adjustments.
• Strong attendance track record; reliability is non-negotiable here.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions without needing constant direction.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-noise manufacturing environment.
• Team player with solid communication skills and a self-starter mindset.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 quality standards is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate folder gluer machines (including the DGM and Diana) according to job specs — clean setups, minimal waste
• Read and follow production tickets accurately from start to finish
• Fold and glue product to exact customer specifications every run
• Pack product by count, check for quality defects, and stage for shipping
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep machines running and downtime low
• Complete job tickets and recap forms accurately — your paperwork matters as much as your output
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and tour-ready every day
• Hit and maintain established machine rates for pieces produced per hour
• Work in a team environment where everyone pulls their weight
