Job summary

LeoForce is hiring a Folder Gluer Operator to support high-volume packaging production on the 2nd shift in Wisconsin. You will set up and operate folder-gluer equipment to meet customer specs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of folder-gluer or related experience, can read measuring tools, perform quality inspections, and lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime and additional shifts may be required. Join a team committed to safety and efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of folder-gluer or related machine operation experience.
• Experience with quality inspections and production documentation.
• Ability to read measuring tools and work with tight tolerances.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible to work overtime and additional shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate folder-gluer equipment per specs.
• Troubleshoot feeder, glue, and folding issues to maximize uptime.
• Monitor quality, complete production documentation, and perform inspections.
• Meet setup times, run speeds, and delivery schedules safely.
