Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Flexographic Machine Operator for 2nd shift in Roseville, MN. You will set up and operate flexographic printing equipment, ensuring product quality, production efficiency, and accurate material usage.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of machine operating experience. Prior flexographic-press knowledge and ability to lift 50 pounds are preferred. Weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of machine operating experience (CNC experience not qualifies).
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and CAD drawings as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic presses to meet production and quality standards.
• Mount printing plates and adjust rollers, doctor blades, meter rollers, and dies.
• Match inks and maintain accurate color registration according to specifications.
• Perform die cutting, slitting, and matrix removal processes.
• Inspect finished products and complete required SPC measurements and production documentation.
• Perform required daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance.
