Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Flexographic Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in Roseville, MN. You will set up and operate flexographic printing equipment, ensuring product quality, production efficiency, and accurate material usage.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate flexographic presses to meet production and quality standards
• Mount printing plates and adjust rollers, doctor blades, meter rollers, and dies
• Match inks and maintain accurate color registration according to specifications
• Perform die cutting, slitting, and matrix removal processes
• Inspect finished products and complete required SPC measurements and production documentation
• Perform required daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance; follow safety procedures and Lean practices

Location: Roseville, MN

Compensation: $25.00–$30.00 per hour – paid weekly

Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Flexographic Machine Operator workers for a manufacturing company in Roseville, MN. What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate flexographic presses to meet production and quality standards
• Mount printing plates and adjust rollers, doctor blades, meter rollers, and dies
• Match inks and maintain accurate color registration according to specifications
• Perform die cutting, slitting, and matrix removal processes
• Inspect finished products and complete required SPC measurements and production documentation
• Perform required daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenanceFollow safety procedures, production schedules, and Lean Manufacturing practices

What You Need to Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of machine operating experience; CNC machining experience does not qualify
• Good computer and math skills
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and understand CAD drawings as applicable
• Knowledge of production measurement devices, including calipers and SPC measurement and documentation
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work occasional mandatory overtime or adjusted hours as production needs require
• Prior flexographic machine experience and knowledge of inks, substrates, color registration, laminates, ink pH, and viscosity are preferred
