Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead diesel technicians, maintain high morale, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will coordinate maintenance repairs, preventative work, and audits on tractors, trucks, and trailers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in fleet maintenance management or 3+ years of team leadership with strong metrics. 2nd shift: Sunday 1PM-11PM, with comprehensive training and advancement opportunities within Penske.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of team management with strong operational metrics.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers' needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske's assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Other duties as required by supervisor.
