Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee diesel technicians and lead maintenance operations across our network. You will coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance, including preventative, mechanical, and electrical repairs to tractors, trucks and trailers, while upholding safety and service standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of fleet maintenance management experience and strong leadership, with a high school diploma (associates preferred)

Qualifications

• 3–5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred.
• 3 years of team management in a metric-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers' needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Willingness to travel within the district and participate in background checks and drug screening.
