Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years fleet maintenance management experience or 3+ years of team management in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel within the district.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers' needs.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance of Penske assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
