Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. in Garden City, GA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate vehicle maintenance, supervise diesel technicians, and drive customer satisfaction. You will hire, train, and develop technicians to meet performance metrics.

Preferred candidates have 3–5 years in fleet maintenance management or 3 years in team leadership with strong operational metrics. DOT/OSHA compliance and safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years fleet maintenance management experience or 3 years of team management in metrics-driven environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associates/tech school preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills; valid driver’s license; computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers' needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske's assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management: maintain clean, safe workspace.
• Other duties as required by supervisor.
