Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Safety sensitive position—must maintain alertness and follow safety policies.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise finishing department operations and maintain workflow.
• Enforce safety, quality, and GMP guidelines; monitor production quality.
• Read work orders and ensure correct products are produced; maintain production records.
• Communicate with operators, shift supervisor, and next shift group leader.
• Maximize production and efficiency with planned assignments; maintain clean, safe area.
• Train new operators; oversee preventive maintenance; operate equipment if needed.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and report performance metrics.
