Job summary

Crystal Group, Inc. seeks an entry-level Final Assembly Technician to assemble and inspect ruggedized computer systems on-site. You will learn to read drawings, follow work instructions, and support a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires basic mechanical/electrical assembly knowledge, ability to follow procedures, and accurate time and material tracking in Epicor and VKS. IPC-610/620 familiarity and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma required
• US Person status required
• Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical assembly
• Familiarity with IPC-610/620 standards (through certification)
• Time tracking in Epicor
• Reading drawings
• Ability to follow work instructions accurately

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components using standard work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe workstation.
• Follow all safety guidelines and report hazards or near misses.
• Accurately record time, material usage, and issues in Epicor and VKS.
• Perform basic troubleshooting with limited assistance.
