Job summary

Crystal Group is seeking a Wire Harness Assembler for the 2nd shift to build and install wiring systems for rugged electronic products. You will ensure reliable electrical connections and maintain safety standards in a high-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires basic electrical knowledge, ability to read schematics, and precise manual skills. Employment is full-time, on-site, with a standard Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM–1:00 AM schedule and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical principles including voltage, current and resistance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Identify issues in wiring setups and implement solutions quickly.
• Strong manual dexterity for precise assembly tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork with engineers and productions teams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses per detailed specifications and blueprints.
• Perform quality checks during the assembly process to prevent defects.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to address issues and drive improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and share feedback with the team.
