Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• 2–4 years semiconductor or display experience, or comparable industry or military experience.
• Related technical trainings and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic, fluid delivery, and process equipment assemblies and subassemblies per drawings and BOMs.
• Assemble plumbing skid systems per engineering specifications.
• Perform junction box and control enclosure wiring, device installation, wire termination, cable routing, labeling, and verification of connections.
• Build and integrate complex electro-mechanical modules with interconnection wiring and cable harnesses.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and assembly docs for correct configuration.
• Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems; support continuous improvement.
• Receive parts, perform audits, inspect for defects, and document progress.
• Test assemblies with fixtures, measurement tools, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps.
• Complete data entry and job documentation; perform software installs as needed.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and fluid delivery issues.
