Qualifications

• Reads and interprets blueprints, engineering specifications and shop orders.
• Maintains safety, health and environmental policies in the facility.
• Detects and reports defects and participates in first article inspection.
• Communicates clearly with teammates and supervisors to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Performs assembly tasks using hand tools and small power tools following detailed instructions.
• Reads blueprints and drawings to assemble final and subassembly products.
• Adheres to SOPs and safety analyses; maintains clean work area.
• Checks materials for quality and reports issues to supervisors.
• Collaborates with other departments and shifts to meet customer needs.
• Trains on and performs all assembly positions and product varieties.
