Job summary

Proper Beverage Company is seeking a Filler Operator for the 2nd shift (2pm–12am) in our production department. You will operate and maintain filling equipment, ensure accurate can filling, and support quality control measures to meet production targets.

The role requires prior experience with filling equipment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position includes collaborative teamwork and routine maintenance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Filler Operator or in a related role.
• Understanding of filling equipment operation and adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Operate filling machinery and related equipment during your assigned shift.
• Quality Control: Monitor the filling process to ensure accurate volumes and proper sealing of cans.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on filling equipment.
• Cleaning and Sanitization: Follow cleaning and sanitation protocols for filling equipment.
• Production Coordination: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production flow.
• All other duties as assigned.
