Qualifications

• Experience as a Filler Operator or in a related role.
• Understanding of filling equipment operation and adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and related machinery during your assigned shift.
• Set up and adjust filling parameters according to production specifications.
• Monitor filling process to ensure accurate volumes and proper sealing of cans.
• Perform routine maintenance on filling equipment.
• Follow cleaning and sanitation protocols for filling equipment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production flow.
