Job summary

Proper Beverage Company is seeking a Filler Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2pm–12am) to operate and maintain filling equipment, ensuring precise can filling to meet production targets and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior experience as a filler operator, ability to troubleshoot equipment, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced production environment; teamwork with supervisors and maintenance staff is essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Filler Operator or in a related role.
Understanding of filling equipment operation and adjustments.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

Operate filling machinery and related equipment during your assigned shift.
Set up and adjust filling parameters according to production specifications.
Monitor the filling process to ensure accurate volumes and proper sealing of cans.
Perform routine maintenance on filling equipment.
Report any equipment issues to the maintenance team for timely resolution.
Follow cleaning and sanitation protocols for filling equipment.
