Hadrian seeks a Factory Technician (2nd Shift) to join its entry-level manufacturing team in Torrance, CA. You’ll rotate through stations, receive thorough on-the-job training, and support material prep, tool crib, part-mark, shipping, receiving, and rework tasks to keep production moving.

This role emphasizes willingness to learn, precision, and teamwork. No prior industry experience required; training, safety procedures, and hands-on coaching help you grow into more advanced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn precision inspection techniques and follow rigid training procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Able to lift objects up to 40 pounds unassisted.
• Experience with hand tools or pneumatic tools is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Central Operations' five stations and learn them on the job.
• Material Prep: receive and cut raw metal to size with bandsaw and basic metrology.
• Tool Crib: assemble/disassemble tools, work with pre-setters, verify angles/measurements.
• Part-Mark: serialize machined parts using laser, epoxy or ink.
• Shipping & Receiving: process parts and inspect items from outside processing.
• Rework: perform small modifications to ensure parts meet requirements.
